We have a hands-on approach. We perform the analysis as per the Client Demands and based on the data and our experience, the project realization is done. Based on our findings and experience, we engineer equipment and design processes. Each of our machines are as per the Client demands and special care is taken to address all the requirements. Along with that, we also provide maintenance services as no one knows the machines we build better than us.

EPC Services

We do provide EPC services to all our Clients. However, it is the choice of our Clients. There is a possibility that we provide the technology and the machine designs and our Clients can choose an EPC contractor of their choosing. This gives more freedom to our Clients for better execution of the projects.

Equipment & Scale Up

We provide Carbon Capture Plants ranging from Capture capacity of 5 tons/day to a few thousand tons/day. If a pilot plant is required, we can provide smaller capture capacity plants too. However, for industrial level applications, from our experience, we believe a capture plant of 5 ton/day or higher shows good economical number for the further expansion of the projects.

Product Development

We provide detailed Economic Analysis, Market Viability Analysis and Cost-Benefit Analysis for the end use of CO2. Many factors are considered when we propose an end use of the Captured CO2. All the end products are carbon neutral or in some cases carbon negative but what's suitable for one Client may not be beneficial for other Clients. Special care is taken in this regard as the main goal of this project is to form a new revenue stream from waste along with becoming carbon neutral.

Feasibility to Implementation

Our scope of work ranges from design conceptualization to commissioning of the projects. During these phase we keep track of the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX). With each phase the clarity on CAPEX and OPEX increases. We provide solutions for pollution control while generating revenue from CO2 and reducing the OPEX considerably.

Maintenance Services

We provide life-long maintenance services to all our clients. These services also include technology upgradation as we are constantly working on to improve our technology. For eg. we are currently working on to increase the life of our Solvent Oocanol.

Our Approach

The first part of the studies which is the Feasibility Analysis, specifically focuses on CO2 source characterization, technology and project development costs, carbon footprint & environmental benefits, sustainability and deployment consideration for high grade end-product production and the revenue generated from these intrinsically valuable products.

Once the feasibility studies is done after finalizing the CO2 capture capacity, FEED studies are conducted where the whole system is designed and details like CAPEX and the output of the project is shown. In the detailed engineering phase, each of the equipment is individually designed to minute details after which commissioning of the project takes place. The Carbon Capture Complex will be handed over to the company once it is clear that everything is working as it should be.
