WATERFREE TEXTILE DYEING

Textile Dyeing is the Second largest water polluting Industry and is responsible for 5% of the global carbon Footprint. Instead of just reducing the water consumption, we can eliminate the water completely. We can dye all types of Synthetic fibers with almost Zero Water and almost No chemicals. Our process can reduce the dyeing costs by a great extent.

The process takes less time compared to traditional technologies. There is no requirement of the energy intensive drying step as no water is used. The initial and after water treatment steps are also eliminated. The factory footprint of the machine is less than 50% of traditional dyeing machines.

The standard model is capable to dye 700 Kg of fiber per batch, 6 batches a day meaning dyeing more than 1500 ton of fabric a year, which results in saving around 75 million L of water and avoiding use of 3,00,000 Kg of chemicals. The machine capacity can be increased of course.

Different colors can be dyed simultaneously. There are 3 vessels and each vessel can color individual colors at the same time. The process is of particular interest because different color shades can be obtained by simply tuning the temperature and pressure.

The machine is suitable for all type of synthetic fabrics and yarns. Woven, non-woven, knitted etc, all types of fiber construction can be dyed in the same machine.

Our machine simplifies the dyeing process as after the fabric is loaded, everything happens inside the pressure vessel and each step is clearly visible on the control panel. It takes around 3 hour to dye one batch. The time varies with dyeing capacity and less workers are required compared to traditional dyeing.
