Research & Development

R&D is a very important part of any company. Our technology is different from traditional technologies and before the actual machine manufacturing starts, deep studies are conducted on how to implement the project in a profitable manner. We conduct studies to understand the feasibility of the project to best suit our Clients.

Equipment & Scale Up

We provide equipment from as small as 10L vessels to 1000L vessels or even more if the need arises. We offer Pilot plants which are flexible machines that offer clients the possibility to test the machine and run it in different ways. After this, we can scale up the pilot model to Industrial scale, keeping in mind the results of the pilot plant.

Product Development

The end goal of every project is make quality products which provides value to the company and the technology. The process & equipment design is done with focus on the end customers and how a certain product and service will be profitable for our clients. Focus is always on providing the best quality product with optimum operating costs.

Feasibility to Implementation

Our scope of work ranges from design conceptualization to commissioning of the projects. During these phase we keep track of the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX). With each phase the clarity on CAPEX and OPEX increases. We provide solutions for pollution control while generating revenue from CO2 and reducing the OPEX considerably.

Maintaining any machine is a must for smooth, hassle-less operations. We provide life-long maintenance services to all our clients. These services also include technology upgradation as we are constantly working on to improve the machines we manufacture. It is ofcourse the choice of our Clients. All important aspects of the machine is communicated in the documentation.
